(PULSE POINTS) DIRECTIONS

1. RADIAL PULSE (Wrist)
   - Apply small amount of cream and rub in a counter clockwise circular motion.

2. CAROTID PULSE (Neck)
   - Apply a small amount of cream and rub upward with a slight pressure.

3. BRACHIAL PULSE (Inner Elbow)
   - Apply on the elbow and rub in circular motion.

4. POPLITEAL PULSE (Behind the Knee)
   - Apply pea size of cream behind the knee and rub circular motion.

5. POSTERIOR TIBI (Ankle)
   - Apply on the ankle and rub in circular motion.

6. DORSALIS PEDIS (Foot)
   - Apply on the foot and rub in circular motion.

7. FEMORAL (Groin)
   - Apply on the groin and rub in circular motion.
